Bila buat chin up rasa kurang yakin.. tapi setakat ni x pernah jatuh atau pun bar ter gelincir.. berat saya dlm 70 kg kebawah.. tak perlu pasang nat dia pun ok.. c pernah slide down atau jatuh..size tepat dan meterial besi solid..mantap
