Waterproof eyeliner, pen-shaped with a small 0.01 mm tip that is very precise and soft when applied. Produces a precise black line for maximum eye shape accentuation that lasts up to 12 hours.
Directions:
1. Apply from the inside out the eyeliner with one line pull for perfect results. 2. We recommend using Eyeliner after using Wardah Eyeshadow. 3. Use Wardah Eye and Lip Make-Up Remover when cleaning the eyes from the Eyeliner
