After using this toothpaste for 3 days, the results remain the same. It probably requires consistent & ongoing use to see better whitening results. So far, the product has been gentle on my sensitive mouth, which is great for me

Directions:
Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twIce a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Store in room temperature Use top of cap to open safety seal. For best performance, keep cap closed when not in use.
