The high coverage, creamy formula with rich and intense color ensures that the eyeliner glides easily on eyelids. The eyeliner is waterproof and smudge-proof, and comes with a build-in sharpener.
Directions:
Pull your eyelid gently to the side and slightly up, toward the far end of your eyebrow. Draw a line across the upper lid on the lash line. Line the lower lid.
