DIRECTION FOR USE
Take a warm shower.
Take some HARA Organic Body Scrub onto your hands and use a circular motion to rub the body scrub into your skin, start at the top of your feet, working your way up to your torso and arms.
Rinse off the scrub with warm water and gently pat your body dry.
For best result apply twice a week.
