Product description
Developed jointly with a Japanese needle manufacturer, one of the world's three major needle brands.
Pursuing a shape that sticks well and is difficult to fall off.
Made of special alloy that is resistant to rust and boasts high durability.
The cut is a ring cut with a firm edge.
Clears the specified value of point surface roughness within 15mm from the tip, which is a new DRA rule that will be enforced from the 2024 season. Dartboards are also not easily damaged.
I tried it in increments of 0.01mm and set the line diameter φ2.34mm to fit most of the various barrels.
Achieved a tolerance of ±0.01mm using Japanese technology.
A guide line with a 1mm pitch is provided to make it easier to align the length when press-fitting the barrel.
