1- About the frame size :

To get the most accurate size for puzzle framing , it would need the measurement of the COMPLETED Puzzle .

We will make the frame according to the size you provide to us.

You may refer to the size stated on the outer box but because the tiny gap between each puzzle piece may end up adding up become a few mm bigger upon completion , so it would be most accurate if you could let us know the measurement after you have completed the puzzle. We will make the frame according to the size you provide to us.

3. About the leadtime :

All of these puzzle frames are made to order. So we would need 2-3 working days(normal days) or 3-5working days (during campaign high peak season) to process the order. It is kind of "pre-order" item  .

^Glue the puzzle and move the puzzle onto the backboard of frame -- Place the frame with clear transparent acrylic cover onto the puzzle -- turn the frame backward and close the flexi clip -- the frame is ready for hanging
