Difference between non-brush and non-brush engines mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1, 2, 3:

Different structures. Motors without brush do not have brush, only permanent magnetic fields, while the brush-free motor uses brush and puts it around the rotor.

A different service life. The conventional service life of a non-brush motor is 7 to 10 years, while the service life of a brush motor is about 2 to 3 years.

Different energy consumption. Engines without brush consume less power, usually only one third of the brush engine.

Sounds different. The engine without brush works very calmly and smoothly because there is no carbon brush, while the engine without brush tends to sound and damage due to the presence of brush.
