Usage:
① Use your brush or tip to draw the "lower right" along the
eyelashes.
②Blend the “lower left” to about double width so as to blur the upper part of the line drawn in â‘
③From the top layered in ②, blur the “upper right” toward the center of the
eyelid and let it blend in.
④Place the “upper left” on the center of the eyelid with your finger to create a
three-dimensional and transparent glow!
