1. What is the covered area of the Smart Finder?
It covered worldwide, except for Korea.
2. Can it be used for Android devices?
No, it does not support Android. It only support for iPhone with iOS 17 or MacOS 11 and above.
3. Can I track my pets using the Smart Finder?
No, the Smart Finder is NOT suitable for tracking pets as it is NOT WATERPROOF and should be kept away from any potential water exposure.
4. How does the Smart Finder updates the location?
The Smart Finder updates its location every 6 minutes if it is near to an iPhone or iPad (connected to the internet). The device will receive the signal from the Finder and send the updated location to Appleβs Find My network.
5. Does it support Precise Positioning?
No, the Smart Finder does not support UWB precise positioning. It cannot show the specific direction of the arrow and can only display a general area within a circle.
One APP to Find it All
The UGREEN key finder is certificated by Apple. The Find My app makes it easy to keep track of your Apple devices β even if they're offline. You take your devices everywhere. Which means you might leave them anywhere. Get help finding them in the Find My app, which lets you track your devices at a glance, right on the Home Screen of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Worldwide Tracking & Buzzer Alert
UGREEN Tag allows you to view the location in real time. When the distance is less than 33ft/10M, you can tap "Find" to play a sound and the buzzer inside the product will ring 12 beeps to help you locate the position. When the distance is greater than 33ft/10M, you can use the map navigation feature in the "Find My" app to find the worldwide location of your UGREEN Tag.
Lost Mode
If your device or the Item Locator goes missing, you can put the UGREEN Tag into Lost Mode to be automatically notified when itβs detected in the Find My network.
Left Behind Remind
If your item finder ever disconnects from your Apple device's Bluetooth connection, you'll receive instant notifications. Whether you accidentally leave your bag at the gym or forget your keys at the office, our "Left Behind Remind" will be your prompt reminder to retrieve your items.
Anti-tracking Function
When another tag is mixed with your belongings, your iPhone will find it and send you a notification. After a while, if you still can not find the finder, the finder will start making sounds to let you know where is it.
Protecting Your Privacy
When using the UGREEN key finder, only you have knowledge of your item's whereabouts. All communication with the Find My network is anonymous and encrypted for privacy. Location data and history are never stored on Tag, not even the manufacturer has access to this information.
