I'm purchasing 24" with 165Hz. But I'm getting 100Hz instead. CS is responding fast but there is no sign of helping or solving the problem. I ended up returning the product and getting my refund. But if u ask me about the 100Hz monitor, I can say it works like a charm. Good product but poor CS.
