*Recipe

1.Mix all ingredients except oil at slow speed for 1 min.

2.Scrap bowl. Mix at medium speed 2 mins.

3. Fold in oil and mix until even.

4.Scoop batter onto pre-heated waffle plate until surface is almost full.

5.Close the top plate and bake until steaming stops.

6.Remove the waffle and serve.
