MY SECOND TIMEE BUYING !! first i said that i tak tahan dengan bau dia. but lama lama dah makin okay, tak pedih langsung even tonyoh kat mata. haritu beli kecik sebab nak try takut tak sesuai dengan kulit muka, but alhamdulillah sesuai sangat. skin makin clear parut jerawat makin hilang. Honestly, Have to review and give good rating so they can arranged a new shipment. Please take noted and sent a new item immediately!!! Already wait for a weeks for a new shipment and have so many rules just for them to ship an exactly item. Their fault but we have to take the responsibility

I received a 75ml one instead of 300ml. I have contacted the seller and they responded very well. The seller handle this problem wisely and I hope this issue can be reduce in the future. If there any sudden problem with the product, seller may contact and inform the buyers.

Bought 300ml but received 75ml. They told me the 300ml bottle was out of stock and they sent me the 75ml. Should've at least dm me or smth. Basically was forced to give 5 star ratings bc they couldn't deliver the correct item first before i proceed with the review

Beli 300ml, before send ada chat nak send 75ml dulu because no stock. Must have video before proceed with wrong item. Kinda dragging bcause im not familiar with return process but agent is helpful. Doing this review as one of the procedure. First time mcm ni 😅
