Ingredients:
Noodle:
Egg, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch and Salt.
Seasoning sauce:
Permitted Flavour Enhance, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Big Onion, Palm Oil, Sesame Oil and Light Soy sauce
Fried Anchovies :
Palm Oil & Anchovies
Chili Flakes:
Dried Chili, Chili Paddy, Palm Oi, Garlic, White Pepper, Acetes, Anchovies Head and Salt
2 Types Noodles:
Thick noodle: Chili,Tom Yum, Mum's Soup
Think noodle : Kam Heong
Cooking Instructions :
1. Cook noodles in 500ml boiling water for 6-8minutes.
2. Take noodles out from boiling water and drain well.
3. Mix noodles thoroughly with seasoning sauce.
4. Garnish with fried anchovies and chili flakes.
5. Half Boiled Egg :
- Boiling water
- Keep egg in hot water for 8 minutes.
