Dosage / How to take:
- Daily maintenance – Adults to take 2 capsule daily, in divided doses after meals
- Muscle Cramp / Spasm – Adults take 2 to 3 capsules daily, in divided doses after meals
- Migraine / Insomnia / Anxiety – Adults take up to 2 capsules each time, 3 times daily after meals
