The Dunlop progress squash ball is target at improvers and recreational players. The progress, black with a red dot provides the perfect playing characteristics to help players develop correct technique and therefore improve their skill level as it is livelier and does not require the player to hit the ball hard to retain bounce.

The Dunlop progress with the red dot, bounce a little less than squash balls with a blue dot, because of this it increases the difficulty of the playing level slightly so you have to be little sharper.

The progress is 6% larger than standard with a 20% longer

Competition (Yellow Dot)

The Dunlop Competition Squash Ball is the ideal ball for club and advanced players. The ball is similar in size to the Dunlop Pro Squash ball, but has 10% more bounce. This gives you a little more time to play the ball and it is slightly easier to keep a rally going. The Dunlop Competition Squash Ball should be warmed up before use.
