Stevia is an all natural sugar alternative extracted from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant. The Tapping Tapir - Light is sweetened using the natural sugars from the fruit juice and stevia. Cane sugar may be used depending on the seasonality of the fruit to maintain the consistency of the sugar levels.
