I know it is XL but I would appreciate if there is XXL ahahah. I use it overnight, around 6 hours.. For me the glue is strong it did not fell off during my sleep.. But the suction, oil absorption is not it.. It did absorb the oil of my face surface but not into my skin like normal acne patch do
