Ingredients:

Vegetable Oil, wheat flour, onion, coriander, sugar, cardamom, salt, chilli, cumin, turmeric

 

Preparation Ingredients:

1 packet of Asia Joy Japanese Curry Paste

50g white onion

50g potato

50g carrot (cut the ingredients above into cubes)

200g chicken thigh meat (sliced)

300ml water

1 tbsp cooking oil.

 

Preparation Method:

1. Add in onion, potato, carrot into oil and stir-fry for 2 mins.
