At TYASARA TikTok Shop, we will make sure all our product is process and shipped in good condition. However, should there is an issue with the item received, you may return the product purchased at TikTok Shop within the time period as according to TikTok Return and Refund Guidelines.

Only defective items, such as:

• Big stained or obvious stained

• Product torn or

• Any major issue
