Champs Chewable D-Worms kills 6 types of worms with a single dose. Formulated as delicious chocolate flavored tablets, it kills Roundworms, Whipworms, Pinworms, Threadworms, Hookworms and Tapeworms commonly found in the body.

INGREDIENTS:

Each chewable tablet contains 200mg of Albendazole.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For Roundworm, Whipworm, Pinworm or Hookworm:

Children 1 to 2 years old: Take 1 tablet as a single dose.

Children above 2 years and adults: Take 2 tablets as a single dose.

For Threadworm and Tapeworm:

Children 1 to 2 years old: Take 1 tablet daily for 3 consecutive days

Children above 2 years and adult: Take 2 tablets daily for 3 consecutive days.

For Mixed worm:

Take 2 tablets twice a day for 3 consecutive days.

CAUTIONS:

This medicine is strictly prohibited during confirmed or suspected pregnancy.

May cause gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal pain or upset, diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting, headache or dizziness.

Store in a dry place below 30ºC.

Keep out of reach of children.
