At FNF, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Since we sell frozen products, returns are generally not allowed, except in cases of verified quality issues. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns, Except for Quality Issues
- Due to the nature of frozen products, we do not accept returns unless there is a verified quality issue directly caused by our production process.
2. What Does NOT Qualify as a Quality Issue?
- We will not accept returns or refunds due to:
Improper storage by the customer (e.g., not kept frozen upon receiving).
Delivery delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer delays in picking up the parcel.
Customer failure to store the product in the freezer immediately after receiving it.
3. Quality Issue Claims – Conditions & Process
- Only quality issues that originate from our factory before shipping will be considered.
- Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging upon arrival for verification.
- Return requests must be raised within 3 hours upon delivery completion.
- If approved, customers must return the product under the following conditions:
Return cost is covered by the customer and must be shipped using a cold chain delivery service.
The product must be packed in its original packaging, with all contents intact.
Upon receiving the return, the product condition must still be frozen for verification.
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a refund within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please monitor your shipment progress to ensure timely receipt of your order.
- Once marked as delivered, please place the product in the freezer within 2 hours to maintain its freshness and quality.
- If the order has already been shipped and the customer requests a cancellation, the shipping fee must be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for any quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
