Instruction for use:

01. Clean your hands, open the package, and gently pull the cotton thread to confirm whether it is firm. Please do not push the cotton core out of the conductor before inserting the catheter into your body. 

Relax, take a comfortable position such as half-squatting, sitting on the toilet, or stepping on the toilet seat with one leg. Insert the tube into the body from bottom to bottom at a 45 angle until the non-slip part of the outer catheter can be pinched with your hands. 

Pinch the handle with your thumb and middle finger. When the upper end of the handle is completely inserted into the vagina, push the push rod with your index finger to push the cotton wick into the vagina. 

Gently take out the external catheter and throw it away. Expose the cotton thread outside the body. When the flow is full, take the finger-in position, gently pull the cotton thread and take out the cotton core.
