ACMELIAE WHITE CHARCOAL PENCIL/ACMELIAE BURNISHER & BLENDER PENCIL

The ACMELIAE polishing pencil is a colorless wax pencil that expands the artistic possibilities of colored pencils. This is a professional tool used for polishing and adding special effects. When applying the polishing pencil over the main drawing made with colored pencils, it “connects” the dye with the paper, reduces the graininess, and the drawing becomes brighter, shinier and more glossy, and the color is even. The polishing pencil protects against color mixing and is used for interesting special effects, especially often in animal painting when drawing fur. It is suitable for the “reverse” technique: if you first draw lines with the ACMELIAE polishing pencil, and then with a colored one on top of it, the applied lines will appear from under the color.

The ACMELIAE blender pencil evenly mixes colors, makes color transitions natural, removes graininess, softens and homogenizes the texture. Allows you to get new shades and colors. This is achieved by applying a blender pencil over the base color. As a result, the completed drawing looks more harmonious.
