They love outdoor with full sunlight. They can even grow in a sheltered balcony with plenty of sun.

We carefully package your plants into a custom size box to ensure safe transport and a healthy plant delivered to your door.

NOTE: the leave would drop during shipping due to dehydrate, but they will easily grow back after getting sunlight and water. If the order make on Thursday - Sunday, the shipping will arrange on Monday to Thursday.

MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE

1. Shipment: There are no shipment arranged from Friday-Sunday, and one day before Public holiday to avoid plant stranded in logistic warehouse during weekend.

2. Product Selection for your purchase

Please note that plants are unique, there are no two plants that look alike. However, we will select the best, healthiest and most aesthetically-pleasing plant for every purchase. Plants shown in photos are for species-reference only and does not represent the actual plant stated otherwise in the product description.

It is normal when the color of the plants look fade and leaves fall during transit as they’d been keep in boxes for few days. Once items received, provide your plants with light, water, & good airflow and will recover to their beauty. It is advisable to repot after 7 days upon received, to prevent the plants damage.

3. Plant Damage/died plant/Pottery damage – Refund/return

Please understand that buying live plants online will be having a risk of receiving died or damaged plants.If you do not want to take risk of the shipping process, kindly walk in to our Nursery located in Nibong Tebal Penang.

The plants/pottery will be refunded based on following criteria:

a) Dead plant or root rotten upon received for shipping duration that less then 5 days. .

b) Provided photo prove of box condition upon received, photo of damage items/dead plants.

c) Damage plant due to shipping handling are not refundable.

d) Plant dead after transferring to new pots for shipping duration less then 5 days are not refundable.
