The ingredients of the product include Ragi, Red Rice, Barli Rice, Green Gram, Kollu, Black Rice, Soya Beans, Sago, Pottu Kadalai, Black Gram, Foxtail Millet, Brown Top Millet, Kodo Millet, Corn (Maize), Almond, Cashew Nuts, Pistachio, Dry Ginger, Cardamom, and Konda kadalai.
The recommended direction to use the product is to mix 1 spoon of Rathila millet Mix with 150ml or 200ml of hot milk, add 1 spoon of Jaggery (naattu sakarai or brown sugar) & add pinch of Salt and mix well and drink. For Diebetes patients, it is advisable to use a pinch of Salt. The product should be consumed at morning as a breakfast meal. It should be used within 30 days after opening and stored in a cool and dry place.
