1 set comes with 1 unit of 1.0L Mosa Full Stainless Steel Cream Whipper and 1 pack (10 pieces) of N2O cream charger.
To use with 1 - 2 pieces of N20 cream charger each time to make 0.5L whipped cream or use 2-3 pieces of N2O charger to make 1.0L whipped cream.
Can be used with liquid whipping cream or whipping cream powder.
For liquid whipping cream: Pour 300ml of COLD liquid whipping cream into the dispenser and charge with 1 piece of N2O cream charger to make 0.5L whipped cream. For 1.0L whipped cream, double up the liquid cream and gas chargers.
For whipping cream powder: Mix 100g of whipping cream powder with 300 ml of COLD water and pour the mixture into the dispenser and charge with 1 piece of N2O cream charger to make 0.5L whipped cream. For 1.0L whipped cream, double up the powder, water and gas chargers.

Use cold ingredients to make cold foams and sauces.
Keep whipped cream fresh in the fridge up to two weeks.
Wash in warm soapy water.
