1. Triple killing (bacteria, viruses, fungi).

Directions

1. Pour BETADINE® Gargle & Mouthwash into the cup (Dilute with an equal amount of warm water if taste is an issue.)

2. Swish part of the solution briefly in mouth and spit it out

3. Tilt head back, gargle for 30 seconds at the throat and spit it out.

4. Repeat every two to four hours or as directed.
