This powder mix is ideal for production of milk or fruit flavored soft ice cream that will provide you consistency. Combine our Fruit Filling / Deco Filling as topping to create a flavorsome dessert.

100g Ice Cream Powder
250g UHT Milk (Cold)
100g Drinking Water (Cold)
Instruction:
1. Pour ice cream powder, UHT cream and water in a bowl
2. Mix the mixture with a hand whisk until it becomes thick and smooth (stir for approx 5mins)
3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 12 hours before serving.

300g Full Cream Milk (Cold)
Instruction:
1. Mix ice cream powder into milk and whisk until well combined
2. Fold in ice cream mixture into an ice cream machine for process
