Gum Arabic, also known as gum arabic or Acacia gum, is a natural gum obtained from the sap of Acacia trees, particularly Acacia Senegal and Acacia Seyal, which are native to areas in Africa and the Middle East. Gum Arabic is primarily composed of complex carbohydrates and proteins, making it water-soluble.
If you are sensitive to fiber, just start with a small dose like 1 teaspoon per day at first, then you can gradually increase to 1 - 2 tablespoons per day. Mix with at least 1 glass (240ml) of water. Make sure to drink plenty of extra water throughout the day due to the fiber content.

CARA PENGGUNAAN KETULAN GUM ARAB-
✅ Mix 1-2 teaspoons of gum Arabic powder.
✅ Mix in a glass of water 250ml - 300ml of water and stir.
✅ Dissolve at night to drink the next day. (It is best to filter before drinking because some of the gum arabic pieces stick to the bark of the al manna tree.)
✅ Practice twice a day, morning and night before bed.
