Manufactured in a facility that may process product containing milk, wheat, soya and nuts.
Serving Method:
1. Pour grass jelly powder into a pot. Add 250ml of plain water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste.
2. Pour another 750ml plain water in a pot and boil. Turn to small frame, add grass jelly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained. (MUST still continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.)
3. Turn off the flame and pour into mould.
TIPS: After cooled, may add honey, can fruits, red bean, soya milk, etc. accordingly to own preference.
