MyIce Florentine Mix
A premium powder mix made from honey and butter, giving you a straight forward, rich flavour your customers will love. Simply add nuts and fruits like cranberries and cherries and bake.
Basic Recipe:
250g Florentine Mix
500g Almond flakes
Optional:
You may replace the 500g almond flakes with below:
300g almond flakes
100g sesame seed
100g Sunflower seed
Method:
Mix all ingredients above with Florentine Mix. Spread flat across a baking tray sheeted with parchment paper. Preheat oven and bake at 180-190C (4-6minutes) depending on type of oven.
