✨How to Grow?
•Take the King Oyster Mushroom log out of the foam box.
•Place it in the refrigerator’s fresh-keeping section (do not freeze) for 12 hours. *If you're worried about dirtying the fridge, you can place the log in a box or bag.
•After removing the log from the fridge, let it sit in a cool, shaded area for 24 hours, avoiding direct sunlight.
•Cut small openings on the top or sides of the log, ensuring the opening isn’t too large—if the opening is too big, the log may dry out and fail to grow.
•Three days after opening the log, mist the surface with water 2-3 times per day to keep it moist.
•When the mushrooms grow to about 3-4 cm, submerge 1/3 of the log in water (any container) for one day, changing the water daily.
•Around the seventh day, harvesting is possible.
•After harvesting, soak the log in water for 10 minutes, and repeat the process.
*Follow the steps, and if the environment is sufficiently cool and moist, the first harvest will yield about 200-300g. A log can be harvested 2-3 times, although yields will decrease after the first harvest.
