Usage:

1. Waterproof and leak-proof for toilet, kitchen, basement, wall, pool, pipe, tunnel, etc.

2. Clean the surface to be free from loose objects and oil stains. Moisten the surface after the cement is dry and hard.

3. Chisel the leak spot into a "V" or "U" shaped port.

Moisturize and cure
