Fabric Ink ( Rubber Dye ) 200grams for Silk Screen Printing & Lino Printing (Water Based / Acrylic Based)

Fabric ink (Rubber dye) for screen printing on fabric, carton box, cardboard, paper, etc directly. It is water-based & acrylic-based and highly elastic soft feel ink.

- For Lino printing / Linoleum printing / Linocut printing / block printing, sponge roller / foam roller / fabric roller / textile roller is recommended, because the ink is slippery if compared to oil-based Lino ink.

Recommended Parameters:-

Screen Mesh : TG-800 (32T) to TG-1200 (47T).

Squeegee Blade : Straight Square Edge / Double Bevel.

Squeegee Hardness : 70 sHA - 80 sHA.

Curing (Natural Dry) : Sit for 48 hours.

Curing (Flash) : (Without Fixer) 130 - 140°C 3 minutes.

Curing (Flash) : (With Fixer) 120°C 2-3 minutes.

After Curing : Dying time is 5 days before wearing or washing the garment.

Storage : 5 - 30°C.

Clean Up : Warm water and mild detergent.

Note:-

* Under natural dry condition, various fastness and tackiness on surface should be pre-test before use.

* In case screen clogging happened, mix 2-5% of Water Based Retarder (WBRT).

* This product is not suitable to be printed on water repellent fabric.

* After ink dries, use a paper or cloth interface and a household iron at medium to high setting for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Keep the iron moving to prevent scorching.

* Keep sealed and store in cool and dark place after use.
