How to Activate a Tune Talk SIM Card
1. Download the Tune Talk App
• Install the Tune Talk App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Scan the Serial Number
• Open the app and scan the SIM card’s serial number (found on the back of the SIM card) or enter it manually.
3. Register Your SIM Card
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
• Provide your personal details, such as name, IC/passport number, and email.
4. Verify and Activate
• Once registered, scan the serial number again or enter your new Tune Talk number.
• Receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
5. Login to Tune Talk App
• Use the OTP to log into the Tune Talk App.
6. Choose & Purchase a Plan
• Inside the app, select a mobile plan that suits your needs.
• Make payment to activate your calls, SMS, and internet.
7. Enjoy Your Tune Talk SIM
• Once activated, you can start using your Tune Talk services immediately.
