Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Water, Colorants, Sodium Carboxymethyl Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Spices.
1.Bring 8000cc of water to a boil (100°C)
2.Put 1kg of tapioca boba into the pot, stirring constantly.
3.Until the tapioca boba float on the water,cover the lid,but make the pot cover opening a little bit.
4.Count down for mins(See Recipe).
5.Turn the heat off and cover the pot.In the meantime,move the pot away from the stove.Count down for another mins(See Recipe).
6.Use a colander to strain the tapioca boba and then rise them with purified water until the water runs clear.
7.Gently shake the colander to remove any excess water and place cooked tapioca boba in a plastic food container.Add some granulated sugar or dash of honey syrup.
