Nitume is a thick type of seasoning for sushi ingredients, such as Unagi in straight use. It is well balanced with sweetness and soy sauce flavor. It stays on top of sushi and make it look glossy and nicer. Good for any kinds of Sushi Rolls, Unagi and stir-fried menus. In addition, this sauce is given a good combination with mayonnaise for sushi rolls.
Ingredients
Water, Fine Sugar, Soy Sauce, Distilled Vinegar, Salt. Contains Modified Corn Starch [E1422] and Xanthan Gum [E415] as Permitted Food Conditioners, Monosodium Glutamate [E621], Disodium Inosinate [E631] and Disodium Guanylate [E627] as Permitted Flavour Enhancers and Sodium Benzoate [E211] as Permitted Preservative.
