This all-time Malaysian favourite is a highly versatile and simple condiment - with a distinctive blend of chillies and spices. Mama’s Delights Sambal Tumis can be paired with a variety of your favourite Malaysian dishes, especially dishes from a traditional Malay menu.
This instant pack is perfect for spicy and savoury cravings with just the right balance of its hot and mildly sweet taste, complemented with a tinge of sourness for a meal that leaves you craving for more.
Ramuan: Minyak Sawit, Bawang Besar, Udang Kering, Cili, Gula, Garam, Monosodium Glutamate (E621),

Ingredients: Palm Oil, Onion, Shrimp, Chilies, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Spices
Cara Memasak / Cooking Method:
1. Masukkan 1 pek (100g) pes ke dalam periuk, kemudian goreng bersama 500g makanan laut selama 5
minit.
Pour one packet (100g) of instant paste into a pot, fried with 500g seafood for 5 minutes.
2. Tambahan 25-50g air.
Add in 25-50g water.
3. Goreng lebih kurang 10 minit, dan sedia untuk dihidang.
Fry for 10 minutes, serve well.
