Before First Use:
1. Inspect the product for any defects upon receiving it.
2. Wash the cookware with dish soap and warm water using a soft sponge.
3. Dry the cookware and boil water in it for 5-10 minutes.
4. Pour out the water, dry the cookware, and apply a thin layer of oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes to 2 hours.
5. Clean the cookware again, wipe it dry, and it’s ready for use.
Care Instructions:
- Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive materials that may damage the non-stick surface. Use only wooden or silicone utensils.
- Cook with a minimal amount of oil to preserve the non-stick coating. Avoid dry heating, as this can damage the cookware.
- The cookware has excellent heat distribution, so medium or low heat is sufficient for cooking.
- Not dishwasher or oven safe; the handle may become damaged if exposed to oven heat.
Important Note
1. Warranty does not recover if any accidental damage, mishandling and it become invalid if repair has been attempted by unauthorized technical persons.
2. Buyer need to pay the postage fee for shipping back the item for warranty, after repaired, postage fee for returning product.
