Vico Chocolate Malt Drinks 600g / 800g / 900g /

½ cup white sugar

3 tablespoons Vico chocolate malt powder

½ cup cornstarch

½ teaspoon salt

2 ½ cups milk

2 tablespoons butter, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direction

Step 1: In a saucepan, stir together sugar, Vico, cornstarch and salt.

Step 2: Place over medium heat, and stir in milk.

Step 3: Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.

Step 4: Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla.

Step 5: Let it cool briefly. Serve warm, or chill in refrigera
