Ingredients
Camphor 5.26%, Menthol 2.82%, Oils of Eucalyptus 1.33%, Nutmeg 0.69%, Cedar leaf 0.44%, Turpentine 4.68%, Thymol 0.09%, Petrolatum base q.s. to 100%.
HOW TO USE
For relief, massage on throat, chest and back.
For use in steam: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water, add 2 teaspoonfuls of VapoRub and inhale vapours for 10-15 mins. Repeat if needed. Children should be closely supervised to avoid scalding.
Warnings
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes. Camphor can cause convulsion. Keep out of reach of children. For use on adults & children above 2 years. Use is contraindicated in infants below 2 years. Caution must be exercised when treating children. Do not use by mouth, with tight bandages or heating pads, in nostrils, on wounds or damaged skin. Consult a doctor if fever, cough or other symptoms persist. Stop use if irritation develops. When using this product, do not apply heat, microwave or add to boiling water. Refer to carton for complete information.

CARA PENGGUNAAN
•Untuk melegakan, sapukan dan urut di tekak, dada, dan belakang.
•Untuk penggunaan stim: Isikan sebahagian mangkuk dengan air panas berwap, tambah 2 sudu teh VapoRub dan hisap wap selama 10-15 minit. Ulang jika perlu. Kanak-kanak harus diawasi rapi untuk mengelakkan terbakar.
