The general recommendation for adults (children: half adult dosage) is to take 2-3 drops of Elementz Magnesium Oil in water or juice, 2-3 times a day.
TRANSDERMAL/ TOPICAL APPLICATION (Magnesium Oil, Magnesium Roller, Magnesium Lotion)
Elementz Magnesium Oil is absorbed by your skin very efficiently. It is absorbed directly by your cells without having to go through your digestive system. There is no limit to how many times or how much Magnesium Oil can be applied to your skin as ‘your body will absorb and use what it needs and let any excess be excreted.’
C. Caution
A deficiency in Magnesium can lead to and result in many illnesses which are treated with drugs. However, if you are currently being treated with any of the below medications, we suggest you consult with a doctor before taking magnesium. Please note that the general consensus for those with Myasthenia Gravis is to not use magnesium. Those with very low blood pressure should also exercise caution. And individuals with kidney disease/kidney failure should avoid magnesium. When in doubt, always consult with a medical professional.
