My family has been using Imperial Leather soap for over 50 years. It used to last as a solid bar for ages and never broke up, just got smaller and smaller. However, we have noticed that now it starts to break up after about a week and goes all squelchy. It also has a stronger fragrance. What have you done to the formula? My father's cleaner who has been coming for the last 25 years also commented that it is different and I have seen reviews on other sites with people also noticing a big difference to the product.
