â˘Product warranty registration must be submitted before the order status is âCompletedâ for purchases on online platforms. Failure to do so will void the warranty.Â
â˘Warranty registration must be submitted sending us the following details: platform of purchase, order ID, product serial number (please send all serial numbers if you purchase multiple items).
â˘The warranty will be considered valid after the customer has received a confirmation of warranty registration.Â
â˘Warranty Period: 1 Year warranty starting from date of purchase upon successful registration.
â˘Under the following circumstances, parts and labour will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT extend to the following: the product's serial number has been altered, tampered with or removed; accidents, misuse, and abuse; natural disasters; normal wear and tear; product has undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any other person before approval by the vendor.
â˘To claim a warranty, the customer shall send us the following details: order receipt provided by the platform/order ID and platform name; description of product issue; video or photo.
â˘For warranty claims, the customer shall send the product to our office at his / her own cost. The return of the repaired product to the customer will also be at the customerâs own cost.Â
â˘Warranty claims are not immediate. Repairs or one-to-one exchange may take up to 90 days depending on stock availability. Should the customer decide not to wait, the customer can apply for a 30% refund of the product cost after 30 days, subject to the vendorâs approval.
â˘The vendor reserves the right to reject the warranty claim should the customer post any unreasonable reviews without first contacting the vendor to resolve any issue.
â˘Â The vendor reserves the right to reject the warranty claim should there be any unpaid invoices by the customer.
