Cara Memasak / Cooking Method:
1. Masukkan 1 pek (100g) pes ke dalam pot, dan masukkan 500g daging, selama 10 minit,
Pour one packet (100g) of instant paste into a pot, fried with 500g meat for 10 minutes.
2. Msukkan 300g-400g air bersama 50g sayuran, tambah air jika perlu.
Add in 300g to 400g of water and 50g vegetables cut. Add more water if needed.
3. Masak selama 45 minit dengan api yang kecil perlahan.
Reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 45 minutes.
4. Akhir sekali, masukkan 25ml santan kelapa atau susu skim, sedia untuk hidang.
Lastly, add in 25ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk, serve well.
