To identify special requests for replacements or refunds, please record a video of you opening your sealed package on the top, bottom and the sides of the package, together with the shipping label still attached. This is to accurately assess the defects of your items and/or determine if the items that were ordered but not included in the package you received. If your video does not clearly show the shipping label number on the package, or if the video is blurry/has been edited, or unacceptable for other reasons, Moon Kpop may not accept your request for a replacement, refund or the supply of any missing item in the package/order
