Usage
- Take a section of the scarf paper, and then stretch the collar paper to the appropriate (just around the entire neck) length.
- The blue strip alignment (the strip of the front alignment !!), forced pinch (this can be sticky more solid, if the tape design is too sticky, it will stick to paper, not easy to tear off)
- Set the cloth (or scarf) around the collar paper, and fix it.
- Down along the cloth down the fold, by the reverse point when gently press.
