Kaw.Boy Blend, it's a name came after an idea that we wish to present a coffee bean which "Strong & Bold" in flavor (Chinese Hokkien said "Kaw" - Thick ,Strong) while trying to pair it with some fruitiness by making its acidity at minimum level while maintaining medium to high body and smooth mouthfeel.
We highly recommend you to pair with milk with this blend (Cafe Latte, Cappucino, Picolo Latte, Dirty Latte)

- Involve the first ever roasting style involving both Pre & Post Roasting Process
Potential flavour notes you will perceive are:
- Hint of Tropical Fruits (Mango, Banana & Jackfruit)
- Moderately low Bitter-sweet taste
- High quality milked-chocolate liked flavour if you are get the shot perfectly! (Latte / Cappucino)
1) Extraction of Espresso
•Dose: 18-20g
•Extraction time: 24-28 seconds
•Yield: 22-28 grams
2) Dilution in a cup size between 180ml - 200ml with:
•Hot water 80 Deg C - Amecano / Long Black
• Frothed milk (Milked coffee, generally we name it is Latte or Cappucino)
3) Iced Drink in cup size between 300 - 360ml)
•Ice content: 100 - 200 gram
•Fill up your cup with ice with room temperature (for iced black) or cold milk (for dirty latte / iced latte)
•Pour espresso on top of your prepared iced water or iced milk
