The gold-plated capsule utilizes an omnidirectional polar pattern to pick up sound from all directions, giving you consistent results even if the mic isn't pointed toward the source. With a built-in shockmount that impedes vibrations and a metal housing that reduces interference, the CVM-VS07 yields clean audio signal.
